Refunds and Cancellations
Leagues: Refunds are subject to $15 processing fee. No refunds after the teams have been drafted.
Classes: $8.50 processing fee. No refunds within one week before class begins. Please email edithp@northsideumc.org for all cancellations and refunds. All refunds are issued at NUMC Sports and Recreation as checks payable to the name of the account.
Camp Evergreen Refund Policy:
$8.50 processing fee. No refund after June 1st. Please email edithp@northsideumc.org and katiegrady@bellsouth.net for all cancellations and refunds. All refunds are issued at NUMC Sports and Recreation as checks payable to the name of the account.

Balances unpaid by end of the program date will be assessed a 10% penalty charge every month thereafter.
If you are not comfortable paying by credit card online, you will need to come to NUMC Sports and Recreation Office to register in person and make a check payment.
